Stopping smoking is the single most important change you can make to improve your health. The Quit Your Way, Stop Smoking Service want to support Fifers to make that choice to reduce their risk of tobacco related diseases and help to improve their physical and mental wellbeing.

NHS Fife Quit Your Way Service is available for appointments in various locations and venues if you live or work in Fife.

With support from the stop smoking team, you are 3x more likely to stop and stay stopped.

If you would like to stop smoking, we offer one to one, face to face and telephone appointments to suit you. We will agree a support plan that meets your individual needs.

The Quit Your Way programme is weekly for 12 weeks, we know people may not be able to attend each session so your advisor will work with you to agree a workable appointment schedule.
